The agreement
By creating an account or using the Vendor Desk or Vendor Community, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement.
Your account
Provide a working email address and accurate public profile information. Keep your password private, use one account per person or business, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else accessed the account. We may require email verification again after a sensitive account change.
What the services are for
The services help card show vendors share practical information, mark show attendance, and organize inventory. The community is not a marketplace, escrow service, payment processor, or authentication service. Do not solicit payments, complete card sales, or publish private customer information through community posts.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Sports Card Vending a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
Moderation
We may label, limit, remove, or preserve content; restrict posting; suspend accounts; or contact users when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain a useful community. Reports are reviewed by people, but response times are not guaranteed.
Account deletion
You may request or use an available control to delete your account. Account deletion removes the private account and public vendor profile. Public discussion contributions may remain as “Former member” so that useful conversations do not break, unless removal is required by law or needed to protect someone.
No professional or transaction guarantee
Community posts and field guides are general information, not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, grading, or authentication advice. Prices, show details, and third-party services change. Verify important information before acting. Use of the services is at your own risk, to the extent allowed by law.
Changes and termination
We may update or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. If a material revision requires new consent, account features may pause until you accept the current version. You may stop using the services at any time.
